		Illustrious Companion Hill was born in Takoma Park, Maryland on August 16, 1937. After several moves, due to his Father's employment relocations as a Government employee, the family finally settled in Troy, Ohio. He graduated from Troy High School in 1955 and entered the University of Cincinnati. After one year in the day school program he withdrew and worked full time with a local engineering firm. Larry and Lin were married in 1963 and he returned to school at the University of Cincinnati as an eveing college student. With the support and backing of his wife. who was also employed full time, he continued his full time employment as well as his college education. He graduated rom the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management. Larry and Lin have one son and are still residing in Cincinnati. His Masonic affiliation began with DeMolay as a member of Miami chapter in Troy, Ohio where he served as Master Councilor three terms and also received the Representitive DeMolay Award. He had the distinct honor of receiving his Chevalier Degree with his father and was told that this was the first time that a father and son received the degree together. Initiated an Entered Apprentice on August 19, 1958 Passed to the Degree of Fellowcraft on September 16, 1958 Rasied a Master Mason on October 29, 1958 Received all of the Royal Arch Degrees in a York Rite Festivale on February 22, 1997 Received the Royal and Select Master Degrees in a York Rite Festivale on March 1, 1997 Received the Super Excellent Master Degree on May 29, 1997 Received all of the Chivalric Orders and was Knighted In a York Rite Festival on March 2, 1997 Made a member of Syrian Shrine and inducted into the Syrian Clown Unit in 1997 Master of Western Hills Lodge No. 762 in 2000 - 2001 High Priest of Cincinnati Chapter No. 1 in 2002 - 2003 Order of High Priesthood on October 2, 2002 Illustrious Master of Hubert O. Auburn Council no. 149 in 2001 - 2003 and 2007 - 2008 Order of the Silver Trowel on September 30, 2002 Commander of Hanselmann Commandery No. 16 in 2004 - 2005 Miami Valley York Rite College No. 193 on October 27, 2004 Dubbed a Knight of the York Cross of Honour in Ohio Priory No. 18 on November 5, 2005 Member of North Bend Mark Lodge No. 1 Past High Priest of Apollo Dramatic Chapter, Tabernacle No. 2 Senior Deacon of Jacques DeMolay Council No. 371 A.M.D.  (composed only of Senior DeMolays) Past President of the Third Arch Officers Association Now serving as Third Arch Adjutant, 2007 - 2008
