Our Deputy Grand Master, R.I.C. William Laughlin explained his program for next year. It is very simple but very promising if we all apply ourselves to it. Lead and others will follow. You must not ask people to do what you will not do yourself. Ask for the best, expect the best, but only if you have given your best. Set your plan and make it work. |

Every good presentation needs a good sound crew. Here we see I.C. Dwifgt Damschroder, 4th Arch Adjutant, making adjustments in the sound equipment. |

In the front row is Ray Lewis and Dennis Kearns from Wilmington and in the back row on the phone is Joe Strausbaugh from Adoniram. We had a good representation from all of the Councils. |
